Lori R. Miller is an author, mental health professional and emotional wellness consultant in South Florida. She owns a private counseling practice where she helps clients effectively handle anxiety, fear, depression and other issues keeping them from the life they want. Prior to full-time mental health practice, Lori spent more than 20 years in the corporate world in marketing and communications, across three industries: retail, healthcare, and energy. She writes often about the stress and anxiety so many people face today in trying to handle work and home. She currently is working on a series of new books set to publish in 2020 tackling various topics related to stress.
